Children’s Hearings

Attending a Children’s Panel and Court proceedings in terms of the Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Act 2011 can be a stressful and complicated experience. We have solicitors and lawyers based in our offices in Airdrie, Motherwell, Hamilton and Cumbernauld, who can assist you through the Children’s Hearing process.
